It’s normal. You have to be aware that things will never always turn out the way you would like. Murphy’s Law applies in those cases where you like it the least.
When you receive bad news you have no choice but to move forward.

Payment of 20,000 euros to the agency for the purchase of the German premises
It looks like after the latest developments I’m going to lose the case. The agency that advertised the premises had sued me for whatsapp data not wanting to assume the commission despite never having arranged to show me the property. In my world that is not doing the job but it seems that in my world it is not relevant either and according to the laws in force I am wrong.
Before the official ruling is issued my lawyer has presented a payment plan. We are going to try to soften the blow. That way, instead of having to do it all at once, I’ll do it in four parts over the next four months. I’m waiting for what they respond to me.
Blocking our top seller on Amazon
I’ve already talked to you about this recently. We’ve already made progress. We’ve accepted that we’re not going to get it back. In other words, there’s a very small hope that’s really minimal. We’ve started the process of relaunching add the search function the product with force by creating a new product listing and sending new inventory to it. Within the next few days, that listing should be activated and hopefully we’ll start to see the first sales.
The positive part is that this is happening to us in June and not in December. So we have to accept the loss and learn once again a lesson that in theory we already knew. Let’s see if this “review” helps us not to run the same risk again in the future.
I won’t have summer vacations
Well, that’s not entirely true either… In fact, we have many trips planned. In two weeks we’ll be on a hiking vacation in Austria with my wife’s family like every year. That’s not really a summer holiday for me, to be honest, because in 1 out of 2 cases loan data we’ll have rain, just like we’ve experienced in the last few years.
Summer holidays are the ones we spend every July or August in Spain. This year will be a little different because I’ve just started a new project and I can’t take the three weeks of vacation that we’ll be in Alicante this season. So, as my wife is in a similar situation to me, we’ll be working part-time. Possibly working from 9:30-13:00 from Monday to Friday. That way I’ll also be able to combine it with my marathon training that starts in two weeks.
