Until you specify your Buyer Personas, you won’t be able to understand their needs in order to offer them solutions, which will make it very difficult to create relevant and specific content for them.
How many Buyer Personas should you create?
It’s not an exact science. It will depend on the complexity of your products and services and who they are aimed at. It’s better to simplify initially and add complexity as your project progresses.
How to create Buyer Personas?
There are 3 elements you need to consider:
Semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer: Who is your product or service aimed at? What needs does it meet? If you could create an image in your mind of that perfect customer, who would it be? Do your research! Study who your competitors are selling their products or services to and analyze trends.

Consider conducting interviews or sending surveys to current customers – they may be few and far between, but truly loyal customers won’t mind spending a little time doing a survey or interview.
