That’s the first question you should ask yourself, according to our expert. There are three possible emotions you can produce in people who interact with your brand: happiness, indifference or sadness .

Indifference is a feeling you should avoid at all costs. Would you like your own Subscribers to ignore you and not care about your company? This will only make them abandon your brand once they have found another one that better meets their expectations.

Something much worse than indifference is sadness. You don’t want users to get sad or suffer from interacting with your brand. That’s why you need to apply UX in Email Marketing . The better the experience your customers have, the easier it will be for you to build a strong and close bond .
